Frame by frame animations are time consuming, I know. But the line was constantly holding my attention. When the guy got shocked, I felt some kind of sensation going through my body. So very good. I can't make ones this good without going marginally insane.

Pretty good! The vectorized environment was pretty awesome. Something was very wrong with the ending, though. You didn't show the dead babies often enough and long enough. The entire first half of the movie was pretty boring. But overall, it was pretty good.

I did make a movie once and submit it to Newgrounds (Twice--mistake), but it sucked and got blammed with an average score of .12 and .17 out of 5.

The concept looks great! However, the running animation looked as if you were trying to make the prisoner skip, a conjecture I have serious reservations about.

That was some scary shit. I like how the sound doesn't detract from the movie, but rather add to it. The second-rate drawings of people also added to the occult creepiness. However, try not to dilute your projection of fear with humor.
